Jim and Regina have worked as a real estate team on Cape Cod since 2004 when they moved up from Guilford, CT.
Prior to joining Kinlin Grover, both Jim and Regina had separate successful careers in the antique show circuit which is how they met in 2000. After years in advertising, Jim opened his antique shop in SoHo before trying his hand at antiques shows throughout NYC and the Hamptons. Regina joined the antique show circuit in the late 1980’s, exhibiting in shows up and down the east coast.
Jim graduated from Essex Agricultural College and UMass Amherst with 2 degrees in Horticulture. He spent several years working for Louis Barry designing arrangements for the Prudential center. He also spent summers in the Hamptons creating arrangements for high end clients as well as working in the advertising industry.
Regina graduated from Nathaniel Hawthorne college with a degree in aviation management. She went on to UMass Amherst where she received her degrees in Environment Ethics and Business Management. She joined the antique show circuit shortly after, while also owning/running Tabletop Designs, a mail-order fine tableware company.
Jim & Regina, along with their 2 children Gray and Piper, share a passion for travelling. Their social media is peppered with shots of their family trips that they have enjoyed over the years. They also have a mutual passion for home renovation and their rescue cats. Jim & Regina are comfortable with selling real estate across the entire Cape. As they have been in sales and customer service for over 30 years they bring an experienced quality to both their buyers and sellers.
